Registered in 2015, *Hosta* 'Valley's Space Cowboy' is a medium-sized cultivar bred from the cross *H*. 'Reptilian' × *H*. 'Valley's Vanilla Sticks'. It is visually distinctive for its intensely blue-green, heavily rippled leaves that display white undersides and purple-dotted petioles, a combination that provides strong contrast in the garden.

This cultivar reaches approximately 20 inches (50 cm) in diameter and 20 inches (50 cm) in height, with an upright, fast-growing habit. It performs best in partial to full shade, as is typical for blue-leaved hostas, and its heavy leaf substance and deep rippling make it a textural accent in shaded borders or woodland gardens.
