Registered in 2015 as an open-pollinated seedling of *Hosta* 'Justice', 'Supreme Court Justice' is a giant cultivar distinguished by its very large, dark green leaves with broad, golden yellow margins. The leaf margins are uneven in width, ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 inches (1.3 to 3.8 cm), and exhibit a slight ripple, creating a visual effect similar to that of *Hosta* 'Parhelion'.

With a mature spread of 52 inches (132.1 cm) and height of 32 inches (81.3 cm), 'Supreme Court Justice' commands substantial space in the border or as a specimen. Its upright growth habit and fast growth rate make it suitable for partial shade to dappled sun, where the gold margins hold best. This cultivar pairs well with finer-textured ferns or shade-tolerant perennials that contrast its bold, corrugated foliage.
