Overview

Registered in 2000 as a sport of *Hosta* 'Striptease', 'Kiwi Tease' is a small-sized hosta distinguished by its green leaves with creamy white margins and a golden yellow center. The leaf coloration combines a green and golden yellow interior with a 0.75-inch (1.9 cm) wide creamy white border, creating a tricolor effect on each leaf.

'Kiwi Tease' reaches a mature diameter of 11.8 inches (30.0 cm) and a height of 11.8 inches (30.0 cm), with a moderate growth rate. It performs best in partial to full shade, where the variegation remains stable, and is suitable for the front of borders, rock gardens, or container plantings. Its compact size makes it an effective edging plant or groundcover when grouped in threes or fives.

Care Notes
