About This Hydrangea:
Mars is a new big leaf hydrangea with great mop-head flowers that first appear in mid-summer on plants with dark green healthy foliage with black stems. The flowers open up a shade of lime green with peach edges then mature to a hot pink with soft yellow centers.
The flower color can be intensified with the addition of aluminum sulfate but in our opinion the stunning flowers don’t need any help.
