About This Perennial:
Japanese Painted Ferns are exquisite perennial plants with silvery-green fronds with wine-red veining and red stems. This colorful fern is always in demand and is our most popular variety.
Plants grow to 15 inches in height and prefer moist well drained acidic soil. A very hardy fern that looks great in the shady corner of the garden or along a woodland path.
